It was very difficult to say goodbye to our beloved dog after nearly 17 years. We cannot thank Dr Rachel Waisman enough for her empathy, care and guidance through this process. I would recommend her to anyone who needs care and attention for their pet.

  Very convenient to have the vet service come to us and Dr Waisman was very informative. Even with covid restrictions our puppy was well looked after during his 10 week health check and vaccination.

  Rachel was so helpful, supportive and knowledgeable whilst caring for our elderly arthritic dog and was very reliable and reasonably priced. She is friendly and transparent and when the time came made the process of putting down our dog the best it could be in the circumstances. She also managed all insurance claims and cremation.   I have an old man cat who hates the vet. He’s had a few issues over the years and when he was ill a few months ago I didn’t want to put him through the stress of going to the vet so I contacted Rachel. She is so unbelievably kind and caring and, even though she’s had to take blood and urine samples which was not fun, he now wants pats and head scratches from her. She is also very reasonably priced and thorough. I will never go to another vet now I have found her.
