What Our Clients Say
-
Really good experience with Rachel. One of our cats is slow to trust us given his past experiences so actually holding him still is a struggle, never-mind getting him into a crate and taking him to a vet. Rachel was very informative and incredibly patient with our boy. Provided us with our options, did her best with a physical exam (despite his many efforts to escape), and is eager to stay part of the care process. Just feel horrible it ended with some scratches.... Highly recommend!! Jack Stevens
-
Dr Rachel Waisman is an experienced and professional vet. Her attention to detail and care is outstanding. Her clinical knowledge is exemplary. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their owners. It is much less stressful for the animal and the owner to have consultations in your own home and avoid trips to a vet surgery. I highly recommend her services to any pet owner. Adam Rudy
-
Rachel’s approach is caring, professional and extremely thorough. She takes the necessary time to share her knowledge and answer questions, offering lots of helpful advice and suggestions along that way. Our puppy’s examination and vaccination process was a delight, aided by Rachel’s considerate and engaging manner. We cannot recommend her highly enough! natalie anker

Rachel is absolutely amazing. Rachel has been looking after our fur ball for the last few years now. It’s so convenient and Rachel is very caring and professional. I forget when it’s time to vaccinate, however Rachel is awesome at sending reminders and quick at organising appointments. I recommend her to everyone i know. Rachel is a fantastic and reasonable Vet Charlotte Haddad

Dr Rachel has been very helpful and supportive. Her passion shows through going over and beyond wherever possible. I appreciate her patience when dealing with my elderly dog who is not use to people he does not know. It has been so convenient to finally find a good vet who is willing to do home visits and is reasonably priced also. A big thankyou to Dr Rachel Josephine Cicciari
-
Dr Rachel is fantastic. She's great with my anxious 12 yr old cavoodle. She has a lovely manner with Marley and calms her while she does her check up. She's very thorough with blood tests and follow ups. Having her come to our home is a bonus. Fay Selby

Rachel is highly professional and competent.
This was my first experience of a mobile vet, necessary because my dog had become lame and I have no car.
She communicates thoroughly and effectively, is prompt and efficient and caring in her service provision. I recommend her services highly. Louise Kyle

Extremely helpful service for me as I don't drive.
Thankfully, Rachel is very straightforward and honest and it's made for a good match.
Poppy loves her and is happy to be handled by Rachel which is a very unique and special attribute.
She is great dealing with the insurance provider and saves me a lot of hassle by submitting claims for me.
I honestly can't speak highly enough of Rachel or her service, it takes *a lot* of pressure off me when Poppy needs a vet.
