Rachel has been treating our ageing English Pointer who is anxious and has arthritis. Her knowledge and guidance has been outstanding. We have felt comforted and reassured that our dog is in good hands and we have a plan moving forward. I can't recommend Dr Rachel highly enough.   Wonderful service. Dr Rachel arrived promptly after excellent communication over the phone, and thoroughly examined issues my cat was presenting with. As a novice cat owner myself, Dr Rachel was a wealth of information, patiently explained peculiar cat behaviour and recommended remedial courses of action. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their owners. It is much less stressful for the animal and the owner to have consultations in your own home and avoid trips to a vet surgery.   Rachel has been caring my cats for over 8 years. We love that she can come to our house as our cats are very anxious to be transported in the car and carrier. More recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one our beloved cats. Rachel was empathetic and kind as she shared her knowledge and advice as our cat was aging and becoming unwell. She came to our home, explained the process to our kids and provided the most gentle and loving care to our beautiful cat as he she helped him transition over the rainbow bridge. We will forever be grateful.

  Rachel was great. My lovely cat was euthanized with the greatest of care. Lola just went to sleep quietly. So much better that freaking Lola out with a trip to the vet clinic, and much more peaceful for me as well. I highly recommend Rachel.
