Extremely helpful service for me as I don't drive. Thankfully, Rachel is very straightforward and honest and it's made for a good match. Poppy loves her and is happy to be handled by Rachel which is a very unique and special attribute. She is great dealing with the insurance provider and saves me a lot of hassle by submitting claims for me. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Rachel or her service, it takes *a lot* of pressure off me when Poppy needs a vet. A++++

  Worrying time with one of my cats being ill, unlike a number of other mobile vets locally Rachel was very responsive and very helpful fitting me in the lunchtime of the morning I called - she spent an hour with me and the patient explaining everything in detail and costing treatments out - hopefully we will have a good outcome but could not fault the service.

  Rachel is always punctual, kind and attentive. We know that the care they get from her is the best and most thorough having tried other vets over the years. She has supported us through having a puppy, through to end of life of our senior boy as well.

  We met Dr. Rachel when we had no idea what was going on but knew one of our fur-babies was not quite right. Dr. Rachel was able to see us quickly, and never gave us any less than 100% of her attention and commitment. While the story did not have the happy ending we were hoping for, Dr. Rachel was there with us through all of it, she facilitated links between our prior vet and the animal hospital, and was there for us emotionally as well through the whole experience.   Dr Rachel has taken the stress out of vet care. Our Westie is very nervous when he attends a vet clinic home visits and a caring manner has made this a better experience all round.

  I read the reviews and decided to give Dr Rachel a go as my black lab Benny is getting on so it was easy to keep him comfortable at home. Thank you so much Dr Rachel, she provided an excellent home visit and took the time and care to treat Benny who is on the mend. Highly recommend.

  Dr Rachel Waisman is a very caring, diligent and knowledgable professional. She really took time to get Lila, my 6 year old Shar pei who doesn't like vets, to feel comfortable. She did her best to get Lila checked out and after careful deliberation, devised an appropriate and safe treatment of Lila's symptoms. Dr Rachel kept in touch and regularly checked on Lila's progress, adapting and monitoring any required changes. Dr Rachel was the third vet to see Lila, and she achieved a lot more with her caring nature and professionalism. Thank you, Dr Rachel
