Dr Rachel Waisman is a very caring, diligent and knowledgable professional. She really took time to get Lila, my 6 year old Shar pei who doesn't like vets, to feel comfortable. She did her best to get Lila checked out and after careful deliberation, devised an appropriate and safe treatment of Lila's symptoms. Dr Rachel kept in touch and regularly checked on Lila's progress, adapting and monitoring any required changes. Dr Rachel was the third vet to see Lila, and she achieved a lot more with her caring nature and professionalism. Thank you, Dr Rachel

  Best vet ever! Dr Rachel is phenomenal. She visited us at our hotel while travelling, excellent communication, fantastic care for our girl in need. Very compassionate and understanding. Open and honest about everything from tests, to diagnosis. Our girl loved her. Best vet experience we've ever had and perfect for our girl due to her current condition. If we were living in her service area, she'd be our permanent vet.

  Rachel was great. My lovely cat was euthanized with the greatest of care. Lola just went to sleep quietly. So much better that freaking Lola out with a trip to the vet clinic, and much more peaceful for me as well. I highly recommend Rachel.

  Dr Rachel is a very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring vet. She has been caring for our older giant breed dog for the last 18 months and I could not fault her. I just wish we had heard about her earlier, removing the need of trying to lift a 50kg dog in & out of the car has certainly made life easier and is much less stressful on our pup.

  Rachel has been caring my cats for over 8 years. We love that she can come to our house as our cats are very anxious to be transported in the car and carrier. More recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one our beloved cats. Rachel was empathetic and kind as she shared her knowledge and advice as our cat was aging and becoming unwell. She came to our home, explained the process to our kids and provided the most gentle and loving care to our beautiful cat as he she helped him transition over the rainbow bridge. We will forever be grateful.

  We met Dr. Rachel when we had no idea what was going on but knew one of our fur-babies was not quite right. Dr. Rachel was able to see us quickly, and never gave us any less than 100% of her attention and commitment. While the story did not have the happy ending we were hoping for, Dr. Rachel was there with us through all of it, she facilitated links between our prior vet and the animal hospital, and was there for us emotionally as well through the whole experience.   I spoke to Rachel on Tuesday evening and she out early Wednesday morning. She explained her diagnosis, the best course of action and the process going forward. Rachel is my new vet. She is excellent.
