- Rachel was so helpful, supportive and knowledgeable whilst caring for our elderly arthritic dog and was very reliable and reasonably priced. She is friendly and transparent and when the time came made the process of putting down our dog the best it could be in the circumstances. She also managed all insurance claims and cremation.
