Rachael has been looking after our 2 rescue cats for years. They have never had to have a traumatic trip to a surgery and Rachael understands their needs snd phobias. It is a relief to have such a Professional service.

  Dr Rachel is a professional and compassionate legend. Our feisty Misty was impossible to take to the vet . Even for simple vaccination. 10 years ago we found Dr Rachel . Having her come to the house was perfect and Misty ,even on the first visit was a lot happier and even allowed an examination and to be weighed. This was a major breakthrough. When Misty needed blood tests we worked out a strategy and consequently Misty lived a long healthy and feisty life passing away just this week at the ripe age of 19. Dr Rachel was so crucial to Misty's longevity and quality of life and also importantly was there for us when we had to make the difficult decision to Euthanise poor old Misty.She was really struggling in her last weeks. Dr Rachel advised us and the procedure was done in a dignified and compassionate manner. RIP Misty and sincere thanks Dr Rachel.

  Dr Rachel is reliable, honest and most importantly caring and compassionate. Love that she comes to our house where our pets feel most comfortable. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

  Rachel has been caring my cats for over 8 years. We love that she can come to our house as our cats are very anxious to be transported in the car and carrier. More recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one our beloved cats. Rachel was empathetic and kind as she shared her knowledge and advice as our cat was aging and becoming unwell. She came to our home, explained the process to our kids and provided the most gentle and loving care to our beautiful cat as he she helped him transition over the rainbow bridge. We will forever be grateful.

  Wonderful service. Dr Rachel arrived promptly after excellent communication over the phone, and thoroughly examined issues my cat was presenting with. As a novice cat owner myself, Dr Rachel was a wealth of information, patiently explained peculiar cat behaviour and recommended remedial courses of action. Her service was also excellent value for money — I highly recommend.
