One of our cats is slow to trust us given his past experiences so actually holding him still is a struggle, never-mind getting him into a crate and taking him to a vet. Rachel was very informative and incredibly patient with our boy. Provided us with our options, did her best with a physical exam (despite his many efforts to escape), and is eager to stay part of the care process. Just feel horrible it ended with some scratches.... Highly recommend!!
