- Rachel has been caring my cats for over 8 years. We love that she can come to our house as our cats are very anxious to be transported in the car and carrier. More recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one our beloved cats. One of our cats is slow to trust us given his past experiences so actually holding him still is a struggle, never-mind getting him into a crate and taking him to a vet. Rachel was very informative and incredibly patient with our boy. Provided us with our options, did her best with a physical exam (despite his many efforts to escape), and is eager to stay part of the care process. Just feel horrible it ended with some scratches.... Highly recommend!!
