We have been very fortunate for many years to have our elderly cat and dog treated by Rachel. She is very caring and experienced providing excellent service to us ..especially now as our pets are aging and in need of very specific medications on a daily basis.   I read the reviews and decided to give Dr Rachel a go as my black lab Benny is getting on so it was easy to keep him comfortable at home. Thank you so much Dr Rachel, she provided an excellent home visit and took the time and care to treat Benny who is on the mend. Highly recommend.

  Dr Rachael made a difficult day much easier. I was able to hold my dog in my lap, at home, while he slowly drifted off. He didn't experience any degree of stress or anxiety which was a huge source of comfort to me. Highly recommended when the unfortunate day comes

  Extremely helpful service for me as I don't drive. Thankfully, Rachel is very straightforward and honest and it's made for a good match. Poppy loves her and is happy to be handled by Rachel which is a very unique and special attribute. She is great dealing with the insurance provider and saves me a lot of hassle by submitting claims for me. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Rachel or her service, it takes *a lot* of pressure off me when Poppy needs a vet. A++++

  I have an old man cat who hates the vet. He’s had a few issues over the years and when he was ill a few months ago I didn’t want to put him through the stress of going to the vet so I contacted Rachel. She is so unbelievably kind and caring and, even though she’s had to take blood and urine samples which was not fun, he now wants pats and head scratches from her. She is also very reasonably priced and thorough. I will never go to another vet now I have found her.

I appreciate her patience when dealing with my elderly dog who is not use to people he does not know.   Dr Rachel Waisman is an excellent vet. She came twice to examine and vaccinate our puppy. She was so gentle and great with him. She provided us with so much information and gave us lots of recommendations as well. Rachel is so thorough and amazing with dogs. We received an outstanding service and would highly recommend her.

  Dr Rachel is amazing. She helped us care for our little dog in her last few months of life. When it came time to say goodbye to our Pip, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us through it. She was kind, tactful, knowledgeable and understanding. If you need a mobile vet Dr Rachel is wonderful.

  Dr Rachel is a very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring vet. She has been caring for our older giant breed dog for the last 18 months and I could not fault her. I just wish we had heard about her earlier, removing the need of trying to lift a 50kg dog in & out of the car has certainly made life easier and is much less stressful on our pup.
