Rachel has been treating our ageing English Pointer who is anxious and has arthritis. Her knowledge and guidance has been outstanding. We have felt comforted and reassured that our dog is in good hands and we have a plan moving forward. I can't recommend Dr Rachel highly enough. Not only does she come with a wealth of experience, but moreover, she is genuine, sincere and very kind. Thank you so much for all your help!

  Dr Rachel Waisman is an excellent vet. She came twice to examine and vaccinate our puppy. She was so gentle and great with him. She provided us with so much information and gave us lots of recommendations as well. Rachel is so thorough and amazing with dogs. We received an outstanding service and would highly recommend her.

  Fantastic service. Rachel called when she was on her way and arrived promptly. She was able to diagnose our dogs' ear infections using her mobile microscope and was able to treat them with antibiotic ear drops while on the premises. She's coming back in a week to check on them. Looking forwards to having Rachel as our new vet.

She gave us such good information and made us feel comfortable and said we can call her if we had any worries, needing advice or had any questions.   Best vet ever! Dr Rachel is phenomenal. She visited us at our hotel while travelling, excellent communication, fantastic care for our girl in need. Very compassionate and understanding. Open and honest about everything from tests, to diagnosis. Our girl loved her. Best vet experience we've ever had and perfect for our girl due to her current condition. If we were living in her service area, she'd be our permanent vet.

  Dr Rachael made a difficult day much easier. I was able to hold my dog in my lap, at home, while he slowly drifted off. He didn't experience any degree of stress or anxiety which was a huge source of comfort to me. Highly recommended when the unfortunate day comes

  I must say having a professional vet coming to my home was an excellent experience. She was not only professional and thorough she was friendly, knowledgeable. My cat is a difficult cat as she does not like being handled. She handled her so well. I will be using her again and highly recommend to any prospective fur baby owners.
