Dr Rachel has been our family vet for the past 6 years. Our cat never liked visiting the vet and when we moved to Melbourne, I knew I had to find a better solution. This is when I came across Dr Rachel from Mobile Pet Vet. She was able to come to our house and examine our cat in the comfort of his surroundings. Rachel was always very patient and caring towards Bailey right up until his last days when Rachel was just as caring with us, as we were losing our fur baby.   Rachel has been caring my cats for over 8 years. We love that she can come to our house as our cats are very anxious to be transported in the car and carrier. More recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one our beloved cats. Rachel was empathetic and kind as she shared her knowledge and advice as our cat was aging and becoming unwell. She came to our home, explained the process to our kids and provided the most gentle and loving care to our beautiful cat as he she helped him transition over the rainbow bridge. We will forever be grateful.

  Dr Rachel is very professional and has a lovely demeanour. I have a cat from a shelter and he is very sensitive and timid so I avoid taking him to a clinic if I can. She handles him very well whether it's a vaccination or helping me groom his matted knots. Thank you!

  We met Dr. Rachel when we had no idea what was going on but knew one of our fur-babies was not quite right. Dr. Rachel was able to see us quickly, and never gave us any less than 100% of her attention and commitment. While the story did not have the happy ending we were hoping for, Dr. Rachel was there with us through all of it, she facilitated links between our prior vet and the animal hospital, and was there for us emotionally as well through the whole experience.
