What Our Clients Say
-
Dr Rachel is very professional and has a lovely demeanour. I have a cat from a shelter and he is very sensitive and timid so I avoid taking him to a clinic if I can. She handles him very well whether it's a vaccination or helping me groom his matted knots. Thank you! Nicole Roberts

Rachel has been caring my cats for over 8 years. We love that she can come to our house as our cats are very anxious to be transported in the car and carrier. More recently we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one our beloved cats. Rachel was empathetic and kind as she shared her knowledge and advice as our cat was aging and becoming unwell. She came to our home, explained the process to our kids and provided the most gentle and loving care to our beautiful cat as he she helped him transition over the rainbow bridge. We will forever be grateful. Robynne Klyne
-
It was very difficult to say goodbye to our beloved dog after nearly 17 years. We cannot thank Dr Rachel Waisman enough for her empathy, care and guidance through this process. I would recommend her to anyone who needs care and attention for their pet. Karen Yates

Rachel was brilliant when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Harley. Compassionate, kind and knowledgeable.
Also, her prices were way more reasonable than the other quotes received. Thank you Rachel 🙏 Leanne Czerniecki

Dr Rachel is amazing. She helped us care for our little dog in her last few months of life. When it came time to say goodbye to our Pip, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us through it. She was kind, tactful, knowledgeable and understanding.
If you need a mobile vet Dr Rachel is wonderful. Melissa Goldsworthy

I have a big indoor cat that's afraid of the cat carrier. Rachel was caring and professional, sparing both me and my cat the stress of the dreaded cat carrier, giving him his annual check-up and vaccination in my home. Highly recommended. Amanda Willimott
-
We had Dr Rachel come to our home to give our puppy his vaccinations and first check up. We were a nervous and anxious first time dog owner family. Dr Rachel put us at ease and was so lovely with our Dusty. She gave us such good information and made us feel comfortable and said we can call her if we had any worries, needing advice or had any questions. We have already called her to double check the food we are feeding him. She is just so lovely and we are so lucky to have found her. Our family definitely highly recommend you have Dr Rachel! A great experience and so convenient. Dr Rachel was great with my 2 cats and it was much less stressful than visiting a vet clinic in person. Highly recommend the service. Susan Sievers

So thankful to Dr Rachel for coming out to our house and helping our dog. She couldn’t walk so it was impossible to get her to our usual vet.
Rachel was so kind and caring and go Yuki up and walking again!
Very reasonable prices, why would we take her back to the vet for the same cost when we can have her seen in the comfort of her own home!
Will be using Mobile Pet Vet from now on! Jacquie C
