Dr Rachel is a professional and compassionate legend. Our feisty Misty was impossible to take to the vet . Even for simple vaccination. 10 years ago we found Dr Rachel . Having her come to the house was perfect and Misty ,even on the first visit was a lot happier and even allowed an examination and to be weighed. This was a major breakthrough. When Misty needed blood tests we worked out a strategy and consequently Misty lived a long healthy and feisty life passing away just this week at the ripe age of 19. Dr Rachel was so crucial to Misty's longevity and quality of life and also importantly was there for us when we had to make the difficult decision to Euthanise poor old Misty.She was really struggling in her last weeks. Dr Rachel advised us and the procedure was done in a dignified and compassionate manner. RIP Misty and sincere thanks Dr Rachel.

  We had Dr Rachel come to our home to give our puppy his vaccinations and first check up. We were a nervous and anxious first time dog owner family. Dr Rachel put us at ease and was so lovely with our Dusty. She gave us such good information and made us feel comfortable and said we can call her if we had any worries, needing advice or had any questions. We have already called her to double check the food we are feeding him. She is just so lovely and we are so lucky to have found her. Our family definitely highly recommend you have Dr Rachel!

  I have an old man cat who hates the vet. He’s had a few issues over the years and when he was ill a few months ago I didn’t want to put him through the stress of going to the vet so I contacted Rachel. She is so unbelievably kind and caring and, even though she’s had to take blood and urine samples which was not fun, he now wants pats and head scratches from her. She is also very reasonably priced and thorough. I will never go to another vet now I have found her.

  Dr Rachel visited our recently adopted kittens and was able to kindly and caringly check them over and administer vaccinations while the kittens remained totally relaxed and at ease in their home environment. This mobile service is a godsend for our busy family, and for our pets, who don’t need to be put through the stress that so often comes from a trip to the vet. Highly recommended!

  Really good experience with Rachel. One of our cats is slow to trust us given his past experiences so actually holding him still is a struggle, never-mind getting him into a crate and taking him to a vet. Rachel was very informative and incredibly patient with our boy. Provided us with our options, did her best with a physical exam (despite his many efforts to escape), and is eager to stay part of the care process. Just feel horrible it ended with some scratches.... Highly recommend!!

  Rachel is always punctual, kind and attentive. We know that the care they get from her is the best and most thorough having tried other vets over the years. She has supported us through having a puppy, through to end of life of our senior boy as well.
