Rachel was great. My lovely cat was euthanized with the greatest of care. Lola just went to sleep quietly. So much better that freaking Lola out with a trip to the vet clinic, and much more peaceful for me as well. I highly recommend Rachel.

  Dr Rachel is very professional and has a lovely demeanour. I have a cat from a shelter and he is very sensitive and timid so I avoid taking him to a clinic if I can. She handles him very well whether it's a vaccination or helping me groom his matted knots. Thank you!

  I have an old man cat who hates the vet. He’s had a few issues over the years and when he was ill a few months ago I didn’t want to put him through the stress of going to the vet so I contacted Rachel. She is so unbelievably kind and caring and, even though she’s had to take blood and urine samples which was not fun, he now wants pats and head scratches from her. She is also very reasonably priced and thorough. I will never go to another vet now I have found her.

  Rachel was so helpful, supportive and knowledgeable whilst caring for our elderly arthritic dog and was very reliable and reasonably priced. She is friendly and transparent and when the time came made the process of putting down our dog the best it could be in the circumstances. She also managed all insurance claims and cremation.   Best vet ever! Dr Rachel is phenomenal. She visited us at our hotel while travelling, excellent communication, fantastic care for our girl in need. Very compassionate and understanding. Open and honest about everything from tests, to diagnosis. Our girl loved her. Best vet experience we've ever had and perfect for our girl due to her current condition. If we were living in her service area, she'd be our permanent vet.

As a novice cat owner myself, Dr Rachel was a wealth of information, patiently explained peculiar cat behaviour and recommended remedial courses of action.
