  • 5 star review  Rachel has been treating our ageing English Pointer who is anxious and has arthritis. Her knowledge and guidance has been outstanding. We have felt comforted and reassured that our dog is in good hands and we have a plan moving forward. I can't recommend Dr Rachel highly enough. Not only does she come with a wealth of experience, but moreover, she is genuine, sincere and very kind. Thank you so much for all your help!

  • 5 star review  Extremely helpful service for me as I don't drive. Thankfully, Rachel is very straightforward and honest and it's made for a good match. Poppy loves her and is happy to be handled by Rachel which is a very unique and special attribute. She is great dealing with the insurance provider and saves me a lot of hassle by submitting claims for me. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Rachel or her service, it takes *a lot* of pressure off me when Poppy needs a vet. A++++

  • 5 star review  Home visits have been a game changer for us. Trying to wrestle our cat into a carrier to get to the Vet was a distressing experience (for us all!). Having Rachel come to see her in our home has made all the difference. Rachel provides high quality, comprehensive and compassionate care in the comfort of your own home. We are so happy to have found her!

  • 5 star review  I have an old man cat who hates the vet. He’s had a few issues over the years and when he was ill a few months ago I didn’t want to put him through the stress of going to the vet so I contacted Rachel. She is so unbelievably kind and caring and, even though she’s had to take blood and urine samples which was not fun, he now wants pats and head scratches from her. She is also very reasonably priced and thorough. I will never go to another vet now I have found her.

  • 5 star review  Best vet ever! Dr Rachel is phenomenal. She visited us at our hotel while travelling, excellent communication, fantastic care for our girl in need. Very compassionate and understanding. Open and honest about everything from tests, to diagnosis. Our girl loved her. Best vet experience we've ever had and perfect for our girl due to her current condition. If we were living in her service area, she'd be our permanent vet.

  • 5 star review  Dr Rachel is fantastic. She's great with my anxious 12 yr old cavoodle. She has a lovely manner with Marley and calms her while she does her check up. She's very thorough with blood tests and follow ups. Having her come to our home is a bonus.

  • 5 star review  Dr Rachel Waisman is a very caring, diligent and knowledgable professional. She really took time to get Lila, my 6 year old Shar pei who doesn't like vets, to feel comfortable. She did her best to get Lila checked out and after careful deliberation, devised an appropriate and safe treatment of Lila's symptoms. Dr Rachel kept in touch and regularly checked on Lila's progress, adapting and monitoring any required changes. Dr Rachel was the third vet to see Lila, and she achieved a lot more with her caring nature and professionalism. Thank you, Dr Rachel
