Dr Rachel has been our family vet for the past 6 years. Our cat never liked visiting the vet and when we moved to Melbourne, I knew I had to find a better solution. - Fantastic service. Rachel called when she was on her way and arrived promptly. She was able to diagnose our dogs' ear infections using her mobile microscope and was able to treat them with antibiotic ear drops while on the premises. She's coming back in a week to check on them. Looking forwards to having Rachel as our new vet.

One of our cats is slow to trust us given his past experiences so actually holding him still is a struggle, never-mind getting him into a crate and taking him to a vet. Rachel was very informative and incredibly patient with our boy. Provided us with our options, did her best with a physical exam (despite his many efforts to escape), and is eager to stay part of the care process. Just feel horrible it ended with some scratches.... Highly recommend!!
